Ownright was born from a vision to make property closings a simpler and easier experience. When Robert, a first-time homebuyer and software engineer, bought his condo, he quickly realized closing on a property was riddled with endless email chains, lacked transparency in pricing, and was difficult to track.

Determined to create a better way, Rob joined forces with Ben, a passionate real estate lawyer, and Joel, a seasoned entrepreneur, who both shared his enthusiasm for creating an easier and simpler solution.

Together, they set out to simplify real estate law and bring ease to property owners throughout Canada. Since then, Ownright has helped thousands simplify their real estate transactions, and made owning a property the milestone in one's life it deserves to be.
